It was unclear if Brown’s 2-year-old daughter Royalty was in the home at the time.

Curran, 24, told the Daily News that she was relaxing in a hot tub next to the house when she noticed a man inside was showing off some diamond jewelry to a group of people.

LAPD Lt. Chris Ramirez said Brown was being charged with suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

Baylee Curran, Miss California Regional 2016, called police after Chris Brown allegedly pulled a gun on her.

Singer Chris Brown was back in trouble Tuesday following a bizarre, hours-long standoff at his California home sparked when a woman said the star threatened her with a gun.

Look at him now.

She joined the group and said she was admiring a diamond cross necklace when Brown freaked out.

Several people were ushered from the hilltop home around 1 p.m. after a search warrant was served.

In 2013, Brown struck a man outside a Washington, D.C., hotel and was charged with misdemeanor assault. The singer was ordered into rehab but was dismissed from the facility for violating its rules.

He ended his probation in that case last year after completing 1,000 hours of community service.

The R&B singer has been in near-constant legal trouble since his felony conviction in the 2009 assault of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna.

The rapper later lamented the situation in a video posted on his own Instagram.

The troubled 27-year-old posted a strange series of profanity-laced rants to his Instagram throughout the day as he refused to let cops inside.

“He had been acting a little bit strange,” she said. “Maybe he was under the influence and just went off his rocker.”

Cops arrived at the home a little after 3 a.m. and were told by Brown to get a warrant.

“My adrenaline was pumping, of course. I was afraid for my life,” she added.

Police reportedly found a gun, several other weapons and drugs that were apparently inside the house after the singer tossed a duffel bag out of his window during the standoff, TMZ reported.

“I ain’t did s--t, I ain’t gonna do s--t, and it’s always going to be f--k the police,” he said. “Black lives matter.”

He spent 2 1/2 months in custody, with U.S. marshals shuttling him between L.A. and the nation’s capital for court hearings.

His BMW was also reportedly seized.

Curran said Brown had been acting odd all night.

In another incident while in treatment, Brown was accused of throwing a brick at his mother’s car following a counseling session.

“I’m not sure where he got the gun. It looked to me like he took it from his side,” Curran said. “Then it was in my face and it was terrifying.

Curran ran out of the home screaming and a neighbor called 911, she claimed.

Chris went crazy, yelling at me, ‘Don’t f---ing touch the jewelry,’” Curran told The News. “Then Chris took out his gun and said, ‘Get the f--k out of the house.’”

The incident began around 3 a.m. when Baylee Curran, a California-based beauty pageant queen, claimed Brown pointed a gun at her and flew in to a rage over a piece of jewelry.

“Y’all are gonna stop playing me like I’m the villain out here, like I’m going crazy. I’m not,” the heated Grammy winner declared in a video posted to Instagram. “When you get the warrant or whatever you need to do, you can walk right up in here, and you’re going to see nothing, you idiots.”

Brown has also dealt with a persistent stalker who has broken into his house twice over the past year.

Brown said he was awakened by the sound of helicopters hovering above his home.

The impasse with police Tuesday was far from Brown’s first run-in with the law.

Among the friends hanging out Brown’s house during the alleged incident Tuesday morning was fellow hip-hop artist Ray J, who was reportedly cuffed by police after he tried to leave.

Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos were seen talking to detectives outside of his Tarzana, Calif. mansion Tuesday afternoon as cops conducted a sweep of the sprawling property.

“I’m real upset about today,” Ray J said. “I’m not happy with how things are handled and how people can take a false story and blow it up into something way more than what it should be.”
